First off, I'm going to say, I have always enjoyed your work with Sangria. And this is no exception.

The drawing is top shelf. I love the expression, there is just enough attitude in there to keep this from being "just another portrait". The construction of the face you handled particularly well. As far as anatomy goes, my only complaint is, I think her left shoulder is a little too narrow...Bringing her shoulder out a little more could fix that, and also fill the composition a little more.

But, that is almost insignifican compared to everything this picture has going for it. I am a HUGE fan of grittiness. and this is just spot on, i can feel the dirt under my nails just looking at it. And though it's grungy, it's still highly appealing/atractive.

I like what she is wearing too. I always find it super adorable when girls brandish army helmets like that. and you went the extra step and threw some goggles on there too. The more I look at this the more this reminds me of a photo that would have been taken while she was on her way to some battlefront. Sort of like the calm before the storm.

What I really like, and admire about this piece, is the use of color. It has that look of just being slopped on, but it totally works. And the choice of color works really well together too.

All in all I'd say this piece is a success. Great job.
